Be a Merchant Participant
Do you have a business in downtown Frederick? If so, join the more than forty downtown businesses and organizations that participate in the annual In The Street festival, and take advantage of the opportunity to advertise your business to over 50,000 visitors for FREE.
MERCHANT PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
- Each business is eligible to reserve a 10'x10' space directly in front of their business.
- Each business must provide an activity and/or may sell merchandise at their booth. Merchandise should reflect items typically sold in each business.
- A $100.00 refundable deposit is required to process each application. Deposits will be refunded following the event to all groups that participated during the entire event.
MERCHANT PARTICIPANT APPLICATION PROCESS
- Via Mail - Applications will be mailed in mid April. If you have not participated in IN THE STREET before, please contact The Office of Special Events at 301-600-2844 to be added to our mailing list.
- Via Online - Available for download in mid April
Applications must be received by The Office of Special Events, 121 N. Bentz Street, Frederick, MD 21701, ATTN: Merchant Participant by Friday, May 14, 2010.
