Be a Merchant Participant
Do you have a business in downtown Frederick? If so, join the more than forty downtown businesses and organizations that participate in the annual In The Streets festival, and take advantage of the opportunity to advertise your business to over 75,000 visitors for free.
Merchant Participation Requirements
- Each business is eligible to reserve space directly in front of their business.
- Each business must provide an activity and/or may sell merchandise at their booth. Merchandise should reflect items typically sold in each business.
- A $50 registration fee is required for each 10′ x 10′ space requested. Checks should be made payable to ‘Celebrate Frederick.’
Merchant Participant Application Process
Are you a downtown Frederick business owner interested in applying for In The Streets?
Applications must be received by The Office of Special Events, 121 N. Bentz Street, Frederick, MD 21701, ATTN: Merchant Participant no later than Friday, July 17th. After July 17th a $15 late fee will be assessed. ABSOLUTELY NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FRIDAY, JULY 31ST!
DUE TO THE POTENTIAL FOR EXTENDED MASS GATHERING RESTRICTIONS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS BECAUSE OF COVID-19, BOOTH SPACE MAY BE LIMITED AT THE 2020 FESTIVAL! TO ENSURE PLACEMENT IN YOUR DESIRED LOCATION, PLEASE RETURN THE REGISTRATION FORM AND FEE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
