Oasis Island Sounds – 2:00 – 3:30 PM
Oasis Island Sounds delivers the warm fuzzy feeling of the Islands through music. They perform popular Caribbean and American covers as well as original music in the styles of Reggae, Calypso, Latin and Gospel music, instrumental and vocal, background, or interactive dancing. Their biggest musical influences include: Harry Bellafonte, Andy Narrel, Bob Marley, Mighty Sparrow, Arrow, Mariam Makeba, UB40, and Jimmy Buffet.
The Tom Starr Band – 4:15 – 5:45 PM

Based in Maryland, and playing across the DMV area, The Tom Starr Band brings dynamic and diverse musical talent to weddings, parties, and events. This versatile ensemble, ranging from 1 to 12 members, delivers high energy live performances tailored to any occasion. Drawing from extensive musical backgrounds —the musicians have performed in nationally touring and professional bands at major festivals, venues, and events— The Tom Starr Band is comprised of some of the most promising musicians in the DMV area.
With a diverse repertoire spanning rock, funk, soul, blues, Motown, jazz, reggae, folk, and pop, this band can do it all. They offer flexible and affordable packages for private events, weddings, parties, cocktail hours, receptions, and other gatherings. From classical guitar and harp to saxophone and upright bass, they can provide virtually any instrumentation combination and cater their set to any musical preference.
Honest Lee Soul – 6:30 – 8:30 PM

Honest Lee Soul was formed in 2017 in Annapolis, MD, and has enjoyed success playing throughout the DMV area. With roots in soul, blues, funk, hip-hop, gospel, and rock, we are ever expanding our sound and reach.
As time went on, the band’s sound expanded and we added Reggie Maddox on bass, Kirk Meyers on keys and Devin Brown on drums. Once that core band was formed, we released our first full-length album One Life in April, 2022.
In November 2023, HLS released our second full-length album, Testify with two singles, You and Testify being released earlier that year. We’re proud to have been voted Best Blues Band by the MD Music Awards in 2024. In 2025, HLS was awarded a Rammie for Best Local Show of the Year by Rams Head on Stage. We also released two singles in 2025; Where Do You Want Me and what quickly became a crowd favorite, Put Some Stank On It.

Chris Darlington – Time TBA
Independent Country Artist | Winchester, Virginia
Kicking off Party in the Park 2026 is Chris Darlington, an independent country artist from Winchester, Virginia, known for blending modern country music with authentic storytelling inspired by his faith, family, and working-class roots.
When he’s not performing, Darlington serves full-time as an active Deputy Sheriff, bringing a real-life perspective to fan favorites like “Hold the Line” and “What Do You Want.”
Hannah Ponce – Time TBA
Frederick’s Rising Star
Hannah Ponce is a rising country music singer-songwriter based in Frederick, Maryland.
She exploded onto the local music scene in 2024 after being invited on stage to perform with country superstar Riley Green during The Great Frederick Fair, creating one of the fair’s most memorable moments.
Today, Hannah balances performing throughout Maryland with writing, recording, and playing shows in Nashville, Tennessee alongside her dedicated live band.
Party in the Park provides another hometown stage for one of Frederick’s most exciting emerging artists.
The Brown Brothers – Time TBA
Outlaw Country from Damascus, Maryland
The Brown Brothers are an outlaw country band from nearby Damascus, Maryland and a familiar favorite throughout Frederick County.
Fronted by brothers Connor Brown (lead vocals) and Austin Brown (lead guitar), the band’s high-energy performances combine original music and country classics with a sound deeply rooted in Appalachian traditions.
Supported by fiddle, steel guitar, bass, and drums, The Brown Brothers deliver an authentic country music experience that has earned them a loyal regional following.
Kelsey Hart – Time TBA
Nashville Recording Artist | Curb Records
Kelsey Hart is an American country signer-songwriter signed to Curb Records, known for his rich vocal style and heartfelt, relatable lyrics.
A Kentucky native who originally worked as a barber, Hart built his early career in Nashville as a songwriter, writing songs for artists including Jake Owen and Trace Adkins before launching his own recording career.
He achieve national attention with his viral wedding-inspired hit “Life With You” and released his self-titled debut studio album in 2024.
As the featured headliner of Party in the Park 2026, Kelsey Hart brings on of country music’s fastest-rising careers to Frederick for America’s 250th Anniversary celebration!
